This has been a great week for me in my writing world. I received notice on Saturday that my poem, Harmony, will be published in the book Field Notes: Reflections on Nature Vol. 2. I also received my copy of the magazine Country Pleasures which is running a two-part feature article which I wrote on getting started in genealogy! It is my hope that the article will offer practical advice on how to begin tracing your ancestry, and maybe get some new people interested in this fascinating hobby.
